I help energy and utilities organisations turn AI from boardroom ambition into delivered outcomes, backed by 35 years running enterprise programmes that can't afford to fail, including a £2bn government-audited support scheme and a 7-million-customer SAP migration.

Most AI conversations stall between strategy and delivery. My value sits exactly there: I combine deep retail-energy domain knowledge with the discipline of large-scale enterprise programme delivery and genuine, hands-on AI fluency.

A few things that set the work apart

Delivery at scale that matters. I led design and development on a £2bn government-audited Energy Bills Support Scheme and a migration supporting 7 million customers off SAP IS-U - the kind of regulated, high-consequence environment where "move fast and break things" isn't an option.

AI I actually build with. I don't just hold the certifications (AWS AI Practitioner, Google AI Professional, Microsoft Copilot, Anthropic Certifications) - I build tools with the Anthropic API and modern agentic workflows, including apps in active use. I know where AI delivers real value in an enterprise and, just as importantly, where it doesn't yet.

Programme rigour, Agile delivery. PRINCE2 7 Practitioner, Scrum Master (PSM I/II), Product Owner (PSPO I/II), with SAFe certification underway - so AI initiatives land as governed, measurable programmes, not stalled pilots.

My background spans 25 years with SAP in retail energy, plus earlier work in banking and telecoms, with hands-on ABAP and Python. That depth means I can sit credibly with both the boardroom and the build team.
